Narrowcast allows potential customers to talk directly and immediately with a reservations agent to close the deal and confirm a reservation.  It also gives property managers and owners tools and reports to make better marketing decisions.

Here’s how it works - by assigning a toll-free number to each marketing campaign, Narrowcasters can recognize which campaigns are generating the most leads.  Each marketing campaign, whether it’s a newspaper ad or an e-mail marketing ad, is assigned a different toll-free number.  The numbers are displayed as the main contact number on ads, and forward to your reservations office, as if someone had dialed your local number (or cell phone) directly.  Using the "real time" internet tools provided, it is easy to see which campaigns are creating a buzz and which are wasting valuable resources.

The Narrowcast product allows your property to increase occupancy by:

*Tracking, in "real-time", the effectiveness of each marketing campaign.
*Capturing the address and phone number of every prospective guest who calls into your reservation office.  Narrowcast builds a mailing list based on everyone who ever called your reservation line (even those who hang up before talking with you.)
*Assessing and evaluating the productivity of each reservation agent on your team with real-time conversion tracking, and by monitoring and playing back reservation calls.
*Optional Reservation Fulfillment Service (RFS) turns your business into a 24-7 operation.
E*liminating phone system inefficiencies that result in lost bookings.

Pricing is best covered on a one-on-one basis with each prospective client.  It is based upon a monthly fee and a usage fee that varies with volume.  For more information on how Narrowcast can help improve your business effectiveness, call (866) 785-5419 or e-mail info@Buehner-Fry.com.
