Thanks for your comment - unfortunately Josh left the company shortly after this article was written and we've been working on filling the position.  

Suffice it to say, the facebook profile has been a bit neglected.  It CAN work if it's maintained, unfortunately - manpower is an issue when diving into social media.

This shouldn't be used to spam your fans or you risk alienating them. 3 or 4 updates a year about specials would be great. You can also keep you fans updated on improvements to your property or changes to the area that they should be aware of. Its another great way to be part of an extended conversation with your guests. Keep them engaged and you gain return business as well as get some great "word of mouth".</description>
