Two New Colorado Resources
Anna Kaiser, Promotion Account Manager - Blizzard Internet Marketing

We are now recommending two more Colorado travel directories for our clients with properties and tourism services in Colorado.  Discover Colorado and Colorado Adventure Guide have both been working with the Promotion Department to offer special rates for our clients with promotion plans.

Discover Colorado is made up of five websites targeting travelers in Colorado including DiscoverColorado.com, GolfColorado.com, ColoradoKids.com, BigTrout.com, and RaftColorado.net. All of these sites perform well for their respective keywords in the major search engines including Google. We have tested this resource on several of our Colorado clients, including rafting companies, lodging properties, and a golf course. All of these clients have seen a return that outweighs the cost. This directory can be expensive so consult with your promotion account manager to make sure you are getting a deal that is right for your type of property.

Colorado Adventure Guide consists of three different websites including ColoradoVacation.com, ColoradoResort.com, and ColoradoAdventure.net. Purchasing a lodging property package will get your site a listing on two of these guides that includes a thirty word description, a hyperlink to your website, and a brochure request feature. Visitors to all of these directories are able to request brochures about activities and lodging for all different areas of Colorado. The Colorado Adventure Guide then sends you an email to let you know about the interested visitor including their contact information, details about the trip they are planning, and all the other types of activity information they have requested. You can then send appropriate and targeted information to these interested visitors.

There are different pricing strategies and levels of exposure involved with these resources, so please contact your promotion account manager for more information.
