You may want to re-evaluate what terms you are bidding on - try the free tool at digitalpoint.com and see what people are searching for vs. what you're bidding on. Other PPC Platforms that might work for you are Yahooo! Search Marketing or MSN AdCenter. Also your budget may be so low your ads aren't showing on the 1st page - studies show that many visitors dont go to the second page of results, they refine their query instead.

I think the most amount of traffic i have recieved from adwords is 5 unique visitors in a whole month.
