    I think that there should be a webinar like this for every industry. Being in the hospitality business, one would use social media slightly differently than someone in the services business or the retail business. The more narrow the focus, the more helpful the webinar. I’m assuming by now the webinar is currently available for on-demand?

    There is software to schedule this webinar for replays. I recommend you look into that, as it could increase your exposure.
