Kaizen - a Japanese business term signifying continual, incremental progess and improvement in performance and productivity.

Stickiness - the power of a website or blog to keep visitors within it’s borders and to draw visitors back to it again and again. A page’s stickiness is the opposite of it’s bounce rate.

Bounce Rate
- the percentage of visitors who land on a page and then leave, without navigating further into the website.

VEO (Visitor Enhanced Optimization) - optimizing a website for the visitor, rather than for the search engines.
