According to a report released by TravelCLICK (released on Modernagent.com), just over 37% of all Central Reservation Office reservations for major hotel brands were made via the internet in the second quarter of 2006, nearly 20% more than in the same period of 2005.

What percentage of your reservations come from the internet? Let us know by submitting a comment.

  1. Chris Ratzlaff Says:

13-16% of our reservations are direct on-line at our web-site, not sure what our percentage of “on-line” bookings would be if we added in the Expedias/Orbitz’s of the world, but it would likely be around 1/3rd of our bookings.
