Question 1 - I just sent an e-mail with the wrong rates. Can I get it back or better yet, ?
Has this ever happened to you? You have just sent an e-mail to the wrong person, or with the wrong information, and you don’t want the recipient to read it! Although Blizzard does not offer a service like this, there is some software to retract and/or erase the e-mail. We have been looking at Big String’s services. After you send the e-mail, their free account version allows you to retract it, even if it’s sitting in the recipient’s inbox. So they will still see that you sent them an email, however, they will not be able to open it. If needed, you can follow up with another e-mail with the correct information or explanation of what happened. Their paid versions will allow you to actually erase the message completely. They offer three levels of services:
Free Account: 1MB storage, 20 Bigstring e-mails each month
Plus Service: 25MB storage, $12.95/year
Premium Service: 50MB storage, $29.95/year
For more information, you can go to their website, www.bigstring.com. Their FAQ page offers a lot of good information about their services.
Question 2 - Can I have you automatically renew my domain so I don’t have to worry about it expiring and risk the possibility of having someone else buy it?
Yes, Blizzard can setup your domain name for automatic renewal. We would need a valid credit card and your permission on file. If you wish to have your domain name setup for auto-renewal, contact our Domain Manager, David Cross, at 1-888-840-5893 x114, or via e-mail david@blizzardinternet.com.
