Just like everything else in the world of Internet marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising is becoming more complex all the time. So much so that both Yahoo and Google are now offering professional certifications for those able to master their advertising programs.

To become certified PPC pros in each of those search engines, one must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in using all of the diverse tools and opportunities available to advertisers. These skills include choosing the most profitable keywords, creating optimized ads, continually split-testing ads, choosing the best markets in which to advertise, managing bids for the highest return-on-investment, tracking conversions, and much, much more.

Because business owners often do not have the time or the resources to devote to the infinite number of details involved in successful PPC advertising, Blizzard Internet Marketing is working to certify as many members of our Promotion Department as possible in either Yahoo Search Marketing or Google Adwords.

As a recent graduate of the Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador Program, I enjoy the benefit of working very closely with Yahoo. I am right where the action is; when there are changes and advancements in PPC advertising, I can quickly use my skills to maximize the return-on-investment for Blizzard Internet Marketing’s clients.

Soon, my team will include other YSM Ambassadors and Certified Google AdWords professionals as well. We’ll keep you posted on advances in the ever changing world of PPC advertising, so please look for our articles here.
