David Cross has worked in Blizzard’s Hosting Department since September 2000. Among his duties, David provides tech support and manages domain names.  Recently, we received these remarks from Sharon Amberg, Innkeeper, and Emiel Doomis, Skipper, of 1823 Historic Rose Hill Inn, Versailles, KY, after David assisted them with some hosting issues.

"David, I want to thank you very much for your response tonight .. for going the extra mile to help me return my site to visibility .. It is this type of service and consideration for your customers that will keep Blizzard on top.  In addition, working on Saturday to give me the zip file I needed to work on the site redesign was spectacular.  You go to the top of the list!  "In the old days", I used to talk to Trent once in awhile .. but the organization has grown so much.  I really appreciate your help and your time."
