I’ve been using ClickTale for free for a couple of months now and recommend it to everybody. They also offer heatmap, and a better range than CrazyEgg (like attention and scrolling heatmaps as well as click heatmaps).

Normally they are pretty expensive – but $99 each months. It is actually as cheap as the “coffee tests” – and much easier.
