Vote for Shoes, Win a Ball!

It’s time for new shoes!

During past events we have rocked Chucks in Neon Orange, Classic Bright Red, and Hot Pink; and now it’s time for a new color.

Vote for which color you think we should wear during the Eastern and Western VRMA Seminars and you could win a Blizzard Fit Ball!

Here is the fine print for this fine survey:

  • Voting ends at 2:00 pm Mountain Time on Friday, March 18th.
  • If you would like the opportunity to win the fit ball, include your email address at the end of the survey.
  • The winner will be selected at random. By “random” I mean that someone at our office will pick a number, and who ever submitted their vote in that place will win.
  • Getting fit from use of this fit ball is not guaranteed.

New BlizzardInternet.com Website… Going Orange

After months of Blizzard being  its own client, BlizzardInternet.com is finally rolling out a new and improved website!

The dominant feature of our new design is the vibrant orange color and finally, the integration of our new logo!  We decided on orange mostly because I like orange – I am the boss after all.

The reality is, we all wanted and needed a fresh and contemporary site that effectively describes what we do and who we are.

During the redesign process we focused on 8 key elements we felt would make the site: more engaging, easy for visitors to understand, increase leads, and increase profits directly from the site.

1. Feature Client Reviews.
Everyone at Blizzard believes in the power of testimonials and are proud that our clients are so eager to recommend us. So integrating client reviews, quotes and stats into our site was a major goal.  The testimonials have a unique design style and are sprinkled throughout the website.  We also were fortunate enough to be able to record a few video testimonials which are featured on select pages.   The new “Real Results” section on each page (in the lower left corner) adds simple and small textoids intended to highlight some of the results our customers are achieving.

What is the Deal with Google Instant?

Google Instant is the latest enhancement that shows results as you type in your search.

This is going to make Google a much faster experience, it’s probably been timed and designed to make a search at Bing-Ahoo seem slow and clunky in comparison – effectively stealing back some share from the combined 28.1% search share they had in July 2010.

Google was at 65.8% in July 2010.
