INTERNET TRAFFIC UP 50 PERCENT WITHIN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS OF
A MARKETING CAMPAIGN
CLIENT OVERVIEW
Kaiser Realty is a property management company offering Orange Beach vacation homes and condominiums on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. Kaiser’s abundance of vacation rentals offers small and large groups the opportunity to vacation in luxury. Each rental provides guests with beachfront activities, downtown attractions, and a relaxing ambiance.
CHALLENGE
Kaiser Realty came to Blizzard Internet Marketing, Inc. in October 2006. The company was in need of a powerful online presence and a strategy to increase website traffic by 50 percent within the first two months of the campaign. This is a unique case study in that it shows how powerful Blizzard’s online promotion efforts can be. Kaiser did not host or redesign with us at the time of this study, yet their results are quite impressive.
STRATEGY
Blizzard took on this challenge by offering Kaiser Realty a
comprehensive online marketing strategy:
ON-SITE VISIT
Benefit ~ Blizzard staff made an on-site visit to Alabama’s Gulf Coast in late October 2006. The visit gave our promotion team a better understanding of Kaiser Realty and its marketing needs.
COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING PLAN
Benefit ~ Kaiser’s promotion team developed an aggressive marketing strategy to improve the website’s search engine rankings. A personalized account manager was assigned to help mastermind the tasks.
KEYWORD RESEARCH

Utlizing relevant keywords with high numbers of searches is the critical first step towards optimizing the pages of your website.
PAY-PER-CLICK ADVERTISING (PPC)
Benefit ~ Pay-per-clicks offer fast and targeted online exposure. They allow the promotional team to bid on the researched keywords which drive the most traffic to your website.
WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION
Benefit ~ Optimization improves search engine results and rankings. With large property management companies, such as Kaiser, we can focus on optimizing each page. This type of deep optimization offers companies a competivite advantage. Kaiser Realty has benefitted and will continue to benefit from our optimization efforts with long-term results and fast search engine exposure.
BLOG LINK BUILDING
Benefit ~ Link building through blogs is a cutting-edge service that offers quick and significant results in the search engines. Blogs make it easy for both managers and guests to express thoughts, share opinions, give feedback, and promote services.
BLIZZARD ROI TRACKING
Benefit ~ Blizzard’s ROI Tracker is an integral part of making decisions on what services to perform through visitor, conversion, and revenue tracking.
