I think the most valuable thing I learned about are the Google reports. The features they offer now go above and beyond any of their competition. Beyond Google Analytics they also offer conversion tracking for other online advertising. While our ROI tracker does a more comprehensive job, the potential of Google Analytics is encouraging. Using FREE software to track pay per click advertising from Google exclusively can help us analyze techniques more thoroughly and fine-tune marketing efforts for our clients.
