Dear Chris,

Great advice. In case I missed it somewhere, I'd like to know how best to reach the professional meeting coordinators. Is ther an association to which they belong? Are they regional or national?

To what degree does travel time and "mass transit" availability affect success? We're a bit remote from major airports and rail transportation. Would we need to co-op with a transportation company?

What kinds of specific services and amenities do these groups look for? What could we do (within reason) to differentiatiate ourselves from the other B&Bs in the area?

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
