Capitalize on Holiday Guests - ASK for a Review!

Many of our clients report a large number of repeat visitors in December. People return to their home towns to visit family or they return to a favorite vacation spot. Oftentimes, they’ve stayed with you for years. These are the IDEAL guests to ask to post a review! Encourage them to post comments when they have returned home. Give them an incentive, an extra cookie at bedtime with a note. Or better yet, you can send them a Thank You email in which you provide a link to a review site.
These are friendly reviewers who know and trust your company.
Sometimes all you have to do is ask.

I think it’s easy to forget how important reviews from regular guests can be, and they are often more than happy to complete a review form. These testimonials can then be added (with permission) to a listing or website to complement the features list.

I agree. Who would be able to give a more comprehensive review than those who have been to that place for more than just a 3-day stay? There’s bound to be a better and more honest review for that place. And it actually makes the review more interesting to read.
