Convenience was highlighted by 83% of business travelers as the main advantage of booking online, while 36% cited cost savings and 29% time saving. Only 2% were forced to use the internet as company policy.

    Ways to make your website convenient: make it easy to check availability and pricing and make a reservation. Provide good driving directions and clear details on what you offer business travellers: free wifi, airport shuttle, etc.
