Hi Curt,

When you export your marker points from your Community Walk map to Google Earth, this is just one more way for you to get your info out there. When you are searching in Google Earth, you can see various "overlays" (or what would be your marker points) that Google Earth community members have created in different areas of the world. It is a great tool to view, create and share location information.

Also, Google Maps are now often displaying user-created content pulled from the files that are being posted to various locations in Google Earth.

There is an option on your community walk map to export the info to Google Earth.

Check out this article for some more info on Google Earth: http://newsletter.blizzardinternet.com/google-earth/2006/03/24/

We have quite an elaborate Community Walk map at http://www.skaneatelessuites.com/dockside-vacation-rentals/ and then to http://www.communitywalk.com/skaneateles_suites/skaneateles_suites_collection_of_places_to_stay/map/108391.

I notice above says you can export to Google maps. How and why do I want to do that?
Curt
PS: can you email me when you answer
