Blizzard Introduces New Online Customer Tools
Aaron Agee - Blizzard Internet Marketing, Inc.

We are proud to introduce a new online tool to foster more efficient communication with our hosting and web site maintenance customers.  Specifically, this new system has been developed to increase the ease of submitting hosting and e-mail issues in the form of trouble tickets, in addition to encouraging a quicker turn-around time for design change requests.  This system is in a beta testing period for one month, at which time all trouble tickets and changes will need to be submitted via this new method.

Our designers have made it easy for you!  Simply go to http://customer.blizzardinternet.com to register.  You will be prompted to submit your primary e-mail address. If the e-mail address you submit does not exist in our database, your registration cannot be completed and you should e-mail support@blizzardinternet.com for assistance.  If you have more than one property/business, please be sure to use your primary e-mail address for them.

Once the system verifies that you are a customer, an e-mail will be sent to you with a random password to confirm your registration.  When you receive that, you’re ready to log in and start using the features.  Once logged in, you will have a drop down menu to choose the property you are having issues with.  For hosting issues, submit a trouble ticket; for web site design changes, please submit a change request.  It should be fairly easy to follow along with the process, but please feel free to e-mail our hosting support staff at support@blizzardinternet.com if you have any questions.  Please note that when submitting a trouble ticket, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation containing a new trouble ticket number.  Keep this for reference until the issue has been resolved.
