Being Served Spam?

Google wants to present every searcher with the most relevant results for each query – it is their mission. However, we are all served spam from time to time. If you want to complain about spammy sites appearing high in the SERPs, sites that go against Google’s guidelines, or are from out and out cheaters, Google wants to hear about it – contact them by visiting the Spam Report page.
