Hi Murray,

We do not work for, control or even manage reviews on tripadvisor. We simply report on features. If you're having issues getting your reviews posted, I suggest contacting Tripadvisor directly at their Help Center

Thanks

i would like to know why comments by name of crooky on the doga hotel are put on the webb site straight away, and other comments put on the same time do not go on, pls could you advise why this is, there are other comments which do not agree with others and people are entilted to see what other people think of the hotel. i have put comments on lasy yr as well and these havent been put on either, it looks like you only put comments on that you think are ok.

Just a warning. We have been using tripadvisor for years and it really works. But, be careful about writing your own reviews. Actually, don't do it. Even setting up fake email accounts is risky business, since they have very sophisticated ways to determine who you really are.

Ask friends and family if you need a "jump start". But the best way is slow and painful; ask every Happy Guest to write one. Then don't be disapointed when they don't. Oh, and by the way: Never offer a "bribe" to Guests for a review.

I just finished a long blog about Tips and Techniques for using Trip Advisor listings to promote your bed and breakfast inn. Trip Advisor users should consider reading it to.
