May Employee of the Month
This month’s employee often goes above and beyond. Many of our clients have come in contact with Donna Boley, our Administrative Assistant, buy you may not realize how Donna is the core of our day-to-day operations and how she holds it all together for us. While juggling phones and faxes, and answering 100 general questions each day, she is still able to help with billing, maintaining the front office equipment, ordering office supplies, managing trade shows, recording company expenses, and assisting Trent with meetings, deadlines, and traveling. This includes daily troubleshooting….like when Trent’s computer fails on the road!
She continually has a positive attitude, is ready to help whenever asked, and maintains a drive to deliver excellent customer service to both external AND internal customers.
Thanks so much to Donna for all her hard work!

Design Team is Blizzard’s March Employee of the Month
This month Blizzard Internet celebrates the hard work of our entire Design Team! This team of individuals has developed into a group that we can be very proud of. Not only have they displayed high levels of professionalism and customer service, but their expertise in design and creative ability is helping Blizzard to reach their goals through satisfying our customers and giving them confidence to renew our services.
Additionally, here are some of the comments we have recently been hearing….
Carrie Hill is Blizzard’s December Employee of the Month
December’s employee of the month is Carrie Hill….congratulations Carrie, well deserved!!!
Carrie has jumped on board to become one of our SEO experts by learning and sharing information she has gathered through research and reading. In addition to creating the new Reputation Management Program, Carrie has created a white paper to market the product and has posted press releases throughout the Internet to introduce the product. Her work on this project has earned her and Blizzard recognition in the SEO industry prompting her to be asked to moderate a Q & A on the subject for a leading SEO expert. Above all this, she continues to deliver great service to her clients.
From the words of a co-worker; Carrie is known for helping everyone else in promo, picking up where others have left off, and is truly a core part of our department.
Thanks Carrie!

Blizzard’s Community Involvement
Though the company has clients in the hospitality industry throughout North America and other parts of the world, Blizzard Internet Marketing, Inc. is very involved in the local Glenwood Springs community. Here are some of the ways that Blizzard staff contributes:
- Each year at Christmas time, Blizzard helps one or more families by working with a local non-profit program, such as Angel Tree and the Family Visitor Programs. Our staff rallies together to collect money and new baby items, then presents it to the family before Christmas.
- Last year, after Hurricane Katrina hit, we knew that many of our customers in the travel and tourism business in the south were affected. To help relieve some pressure, we credited each customer affected by the storm $1,000 toward any of Blizzard’s services. In addition, Trent and Susan Blizzard offered to match the total contribution made by employees (to a resource of their choice), paying the matching funds out of their own pocket. The employees raised $1,180 and, with Susan and Trent’s matching contribution, we donated a total of $2,360 for Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts.
- Blizzard sponsors the Glenwood Springs’ Summer of Jazz concerts. These free concerts are offered in the town’s Two River’s park each Wednesday evening during June and July. We contribute $1,000.
