- Grand Junction Airport – 90 minutes west of Glenwood Springs
- Denver International Airport – 3 hours east of Glenwood Springs (2.2 days if you are walking, thanks Google Maps!)

The workshop will tentatively be held at the Courtyard by Marriott and is convenient to everything around Glenwood Springs, although a car is recommended:

- The Hotel Glenwood Springs – Located at the base of Glenwood Adventure Park tram. About a five-minute drive to the Courtyard
